Project Overview

Be-Time is a mobile meditation experience based in New York City, designed to bring immersive wellness directly to the public.

We were brought in by Carla Hammond and McKenzie Craft to engineer and deploy the full power and lighting infrastructure for the bus—ensuring a seamless, reliable environment that supports both function and atmosphere.

The goal was not just to power the vehicle, but to create a stable, scalable system capable of supporting an extensive lighting design and continuous public use.

Scope of Work

  • Mobile power system design and engineering
  • Power distribution and load management
  • Immersive lighting system integration
  • Distributed audio system design and installation
  • System controls and switching integration
  • On-site deployment and technical support (NYC)

System Engineering

  • Inverter-based power architecture for stable, silent operation
  • Multi-zone power distribution across lighting, audio, and user access pointsIntegration of outboard gear and rack systems
  • Integration of USB and AC power within passenger cubbiesStudio wiring infrastructure (balanced audio, routing, labeling)
  • High-density lighting power routing and system balancingFinal system testing and commissioning
  • Distributed immersive audio coverage throughout the vehicle
  • Centralized control and switching infrastructure
  • System testing, tuning, and real-world optimization
